The drama was GOOD! But the ending...disappointing 🫠 Cause what do you mean it doesn't matter how he came 😅 that's the whole plot and the most important things I waited for!🤦♀️ Anyway, I enjoyed every single episode, I loved the food the comedy, not so much the romance as the chemistry wasn't giving that much tbh, but the closing was ridiculous...I guess I understand now that it's better to get a sad/open Scarlett heart ending than this happy stupid one 😁💔

I feel like here, even the writing and directing didn't help them deliver, that's why the bad performance was visible this much...I mean, I literally couldn't buy the relationship nor the romance and even less the whole powers thing! Boun is supposed to be a clan Master here, so powerful that everybody is fearing him, and has a whole clan willing to obey...but I didn't feel it for a second, the portraying of the character was so weak, he literally did nothing but some healing during the whole serie, even the goofiness thing was somehow misplaced most of the time, the leadership part wasn't explored at all, they did him so dirty tbh...he was just there sitting and doing nothing and waiting for prem the whole day...it was just silly. As for Prem, I think he tried, but still needs to work on his expressions...but again, directing is also very important to help the actor feel and deliver the role. Intimate scenes were bad too, unlike between us where I think it was well done considering the era...

The only thing that kept me going honestly was Methas/Mekhin/Ciar interactions, and Pokpong! Also, for a senior ship like BounPrem, those kisses were shockingly awkward! 🫠 GMM, supernatural is still too hard for you sorry.

Japanese BL adaptations often depend on mainstream TV or film investors, and these companies still tend to avoid showing same-sex intimacy outside the niche “BL” streaming space (like GagaOOLala, Viki BL section, etc.). So even if it’s legal, they still tone it down to make it suitable for TV airing without an R-rating. Also, I think the director of the 2017 film said in interviews that he wanted to preserve the emotional subtlety of the manga, focusing on “the warmth between people” rather than labeling it romance. So he deliberately avoided any overtly romantic gestures, even ones that existed in the manga. So maybe it's the same here...But tbh I'm not really sure why some are more daring than others, However, I think it's not really censored because of law or homophobia, but more about marketing choices, audience reach, etc...🤷🏻♀️

I finally watched the last two eps and said my goodbyes to the show with a heavy heart 🥺 It was hell of a ride 🤧 I laughed and cried and lived a roller-coaster of feelings with every single episode in this serie 🧡 I don't have much to say, you guys ATE and this is now definitely one of my all time favorite bls. ✨️
I was wondering what the next eps would be about after the first two but this is getting interesting 😁 Also, Can't wait to see Lin Chia wei from closer to you again 😭
