I like listening to Sheng Wang reading in English in ep 11. His accent is cute～ Dongqin also spoke some English in their previous weibo live streaming. I already felt his accent is cute that time!
I'm thinking... if they cut this series into 25 mins per episodes just like other Taiwan BLs (e.g. Unknown, Kiseki, We Best Love, History Series etc.), we actually are getting 24 episides already since it's 50 mins per episode! So, I'm grateful for this production, I think they have done their best to adapt as much and as detail as they can for this story.
Just imagine if we can get another 12 episodes of S2 for 50 mins per episode and we cut it into 25 mins per episode, it will be equivalent to 48 episodes for the whole (S1+S2) series already! This can really break Taiwan BL production record! This is insane! When I think like that, I can forgive them to not filming this in one go! Who the hell will take this risk?! If this series is not successful, they will face a huge huge loss!
So what we can do is keep showing our support to them! Let the investors know! Let the director know! Let the actors know! Let the streaming platforms know!
Another thing is, since the director said that the script for S2 is done, I'm sure the hope for S2 is (probably) high because I don't think the director or screenwriter is so free to complete a WHOLE new season script that may not happen. Maybe it's really in their schedule for S2 but they also want to see the result for S1 first.
So the actor who plays Sheng Wang is Chinese and Benjamin Tsang is Taiwanese. People seem to be anticipating Season…
If Eric was scared, he wouldn't accept this S1 project. He is quite busy these few months, that's why he didn't go to Taiwan to promote this series. However, he will go to Taiwan in October for 'something'. Just stay tune.
