If you have Netflix you can watch it there but you have to turn the language to English then you should be able to see it

Could be totally wrong since it was never mentioned but my guess would be that children of rich families would attend international schools and for that reason be used to speaking english and using it in everyday life… but not sure

I can‘t speak for others but I personally enjoy the series I like how fluff it is it’s comfortable to watch 🤭 I watch all kinds of dramas mostly bls but not only. Most of the time I can’t even explain what I like about a series but it makes me happy so that’s that
