yes I was about to point it out too.. Like Positively Yours had their fair of love triangle too which is bad but…
Right like man back up you are not part of the family... You have no right but fl is still not setting boundaries and not even taking care of wooju.. I need ML to leave the house and transfer the guardianship of wooju to him. Cause he is more suited. He has a job. He has a house and knows how to care of Wooju.
Even positively yours wasn't this frustrating and did away with the love triangle sooner although it has a 7.3…
yes I was about to point it out too.. Like Positively Yours had their fair of love triangle too which is bad but the good part is that they wrapped it up pretty fast as the fl sets boundaries and choose the ml till the end. The sml accepted it very fast and keeping their friendship.. To think that the sml in positively yours know the fl for many years , he still was cool at the end.. Unlike this sml in our universe, he's very annoying and owning the fl and fl not setting boundaries even dragging wooju to her sml.
Even taehyung's character and wooju's cuteness cannot save this drama anymore as the fl and sml has more screentime with the whole drama. It gets to a point. Girl be for real, you are using everything around you as your advantage. Using taehyung in taking care of wooju while keeping your boss on your side. lol Keeps on saying I'll be on your side to Taehyung but never keeping promises and never answering calls. Girl, you have a kid at home, your phone must be on you all the time.. Very irresponsible.. Also sml taking the screentime most of the time is very annoying. His boss is a walking red flag. Taking all fl's time. At first, I'm actually happy to see this plot in kdrama since finally wow a family themed but then they added love triangle lol.. The only love triangle should be the fl, ml and wooju.. They should focus on the kid's trauma while healing theirs. They should focus on the family and not unnecessary subplots.
The rain scene was real cinema. I'm not a fan of tragedy, or sad dramas with plot like this but I saw Nam Goong Min and Jeon Yeo Been and have to watch why they chose this script. I've watched the first four episodes and I know why.. Each episode was beautifully written especially the dialogues. Add to that is the master acting of both leads..
Jae Wook was born for saeguk dramas. He has this kind of aura and this drama proved his impeccable acting. The way he looked at Jaeyi (Bo Ah) at the cave when she was about to take off his clothes, and the way his expression explained every emotion he felt that time and a tear drop fell, it was magnificient. He also do this when they revealed his back. Bo Ah is also really amazing and they such great chemistry with Jae Wook. The story is painful. Their love for each is strong yet painful. The cinematography is chef's kiss as well as the background music. I'm not a fan of this genre but surprisingly I binged watch this on one sitting.
Just a question cause I must have missed this one, Aren't Kahla and Som Po cousins? Since Som Po's mother is Anchan which is Angkab's twin sister? and Kahla is Angkab's mother...cause its been bothering me since I saw they kissed on the first episodes when Kahla was confused her feelings.. I must have skipped on some parts..
This is a drama that you can finish in one sitting. It was a light drama and wholesome. It started with few funny scenes on the first half and the second half more on their journey on venturing into a new chapter of their life. It's a bit disappointing the leads didn't get much romantic scenes on the second half as they have chemistry for me. It's such as wasted potential since the leads had some chemistry tension on the first half..Sheng Sheng is a green flag for supporting Lu Ran all the way. I do think it was a love at first sight for him. All in all, it was such a wholesome drama and light hearted.
