Here I was hyped over the latest episode and the buildup it was creating for ep 10 only to come to the comments…
Personally, even if the confession happened in episode 10 I wouldn’t mind it if the rest of the episodes had built a more clear, strong connection and development in the relationship of the main leads. Honestly there were many ways the drama could’ve shown this development without the other forgettable side stories happening. They didn’t HAVE to create a 10 episode drama just to prolong the plot.
And about skipping the side stories- there is barely anything else to watch after that lol. I finished a whole episode in 10 or so minutes by skipping scenes.
The actors have done such a good job acting, too bad the script is not doing justice to them.
Never have I ever been this MAD watching a kbl series. At this point the character “misunderstandings” in the plot is happening just for the sake of SOME sort of conflict happening. Finally, I can’t emphasize how much I don’t give a damn about the side stories (which is more than half of the show). I DON’T WANNA SEE CHANYEONG PLAYING TENNIS FOR A SECOND MORE GOOD GOD.
Honestly could have been such a good show if they had somewhat followed the original storyline more truly, smh now we are left with a frustrating watch with unnecessary plots.
