Yep. I agree with what you said also.

I think they should've given us an ending that is a little more special.
To me, the ending felt chopped up and unsatisfied even though it was a happy ending.
Also, too many plot lines just got thrown in towards the last few episodes and Cheng's bitter ex plot line was like a never ending plot line and overdone that I felt it sort of overshadowed the actual plot line.......
......The actual plot line was Cheng finding out yue yue was actual Wei's ex gf. I felt that actual plot line never really got fully shown. They got to it lol, but then it got quickly resolved, or not even resolved, I felt, and just got pushed to the side.
Throughout the whole show I was waiting and was excited to see that plot line unfold when Cheng finally found out about Wei and Yue yue, but we really only got about 10 min of that. Then they broke up, the breakup I felt has more to do with Cheng's bitter ex plot line lol.
But yeah......overall, this drama could've been great, but I felt the ending was not that great, but still..this would be one of many good bls that I will remember! I still loved it!❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Sorry, I was talking about the Novel for the other series called "ABO desire."
I was just saying that people will make excuses for their favorite couple no matter what the couple does.
So I was giving an example using the new ABO desire series. Saying the main character in there is just toxic and manipulative and based his relationship on lies, yet people still praise him lol!!

But no, as for RL, I didn't read the novel either.
Let's hope no cheating lol. But don't worry, he's not going to cheat. He has never cheated ever since wei and him became a couple. His ex kissed him, but the ex forced that kiss on him only
So I don't see it as he's cheating. He kissed a lot of guys, but that was in his past relationships only. Lol.

That's why they are called main characters. People love them no matter what they do. I find that's the case in most BLs now. Like the ABO desire series. The main couple is toxic too. The male lead is a crazy, obsessed stalker. He's manipulative and cunning and created this whole fake life. So I feel like their relationship is kinda built on lies. In ABO desire the novel, the male lead basically kinda drug his partner using his hormones and "slept" with him. I find that kind of disgusting. Not sure if they put those scenes in the drama too.
But yeah, people still praises the main ABO couple. Lol.
