What a way to close out a series
Season 3 was quick and really wonderful. I enjoyed the animated cells, the pacing, the cinematograpy, and of course, getting to see more of Yumi's journey. They gave her quiet and confident character development. The love story was so sweet and fresh. I loved seeing the return of a couple cast from the past -- honestly wish their were more of those moment which may have only been possible if their were more episodes. Was this review helpful to you?
Stylist murder mystery with awesome cast
I loved watching this mystery. The cast was solid - they did a great job playing interesting characters. The story was interesting and maybe not the hardest to figure out but but with all of the characters, it was interesting to see how their stories intersected. I loved the dynamic of the main leads. I love the visuals and the art world elements. I think I could see myself watching this again, even though some of the twists would be known. Was this review helpful to you?
Calm, cozy show with a strong cast and beautiful OST
It took me a long time to come across this series. Like, I've seen One Spring Night and Something in the Rain but did not even notice this show until 2026. It reminds me a little of When the Weather is Fine, where it's a delightful slow burn. This one is about the same pace but more open communication-wise early on and the development of the stories calm and good to watch. The dramatic elements are handled nicely and tech/AI being part of the plot was done well, not over done. Was this review helpful to you?
Watched for the cast and the Kdrama legacy
This show is so popular on My Drama List and it was on my watchlist for a long time and I love Kim Go-Eun (especially in Yumi's Cells series) so finally did a watch through after starting the show several months ago.Things I appreciated:
The. cast! the friendship between Reaper, Goblin, and Ji Eun-Tak was so fun to watch - their banter was great. Enjoyed Sunny's character and really all the side characters.
The side stories Reaper had with his job, and Eun-Tak had with the ghosts - the whole show could have been those and I would have loved it.
The production - it was good quality
Things I did not enjoy:
The overarching story of Goblin
So much crying
The age-gap for no real solid reason - she could have been any age, why start the main character in her senior year of high school, like who thought that ick would be a good idea. The actors did so great and played immature, and mature really well and kept it very appropriate but just ick
The over-use of flashbacks
^for these last two reasons it would be cool to see a remake that is 10 episodes, with a main character starting in college or early twenties if they must be younger than Goblin, and intentional use of flashbacks.

What a journey for Dr. Cha
It took me years to get around to deciding to what Dr. Cha, and i'm glad I did. The story felt fresh and -some what - realistic. I found there to be a good number of strong and interesting female characters, with some honestly wild villains. I so enjoyed Dr. Cha's arch as well as the stories of her children. I did skip through what I found to be unnecessary villain scenes, like it felt like too much airtime for them. Looking forward to the planned season two.Was this review helpful to you?
The sweetest story
This is the kind of kdrama that is just fun and light and sweet. I really enjoyed the vibrant colors and playful cast. It was fun to see everyone in the cast acting in such a charming and light-hearted series. Especially Ahn Bo Hyun playing the very straight forward and earnest Seon Jae Ghu.The rural coast setting was so charming too - it's the perfect series to watch when you just want something cozy and comforting.

Great leads, pretty series struggled with pacing and storytelling
Wow, with all the poor reviews of this on MDL, it was honestly much better than I expected. I will say some of the plot points could have been clearer but the overall themes of life, love, death and how people deal with these topics and each other, was pretty interesting. The series was shot beautifully and the settings were very cool - the main house and the record store especially. I loved the main leads (Nana, Min Ki), the mothers, and the record shop owner. Some of the second leads - whether it was them or the story they were given - I skipped through a lot.Was this review helpful to you?

Super Fun Story - v cheesy at times
Underrated gem. I suspect a lot of the negative reviews come from how Byeon Woo Seok's character, Ryu Shi Oh, ended up because honestly Woo Seok stole the show and was the most fun character. This show has a lot more cheese and cringe that the prequel. It's still a super fun ride with a couple very empowering women leads who have confidence and care. Was this review helpful to you?

Strong romance with the best chemistry
Doona shows us an acquaintance to friends to lovers story that is beautiful. The main leads could not be more different in some ways and then similar in others. I really enjoyed the quirky side characters as a nice compliment to the main case. I personally find this to be my favorite time watching Bae Suzy. The leads chemistry was top tier. Love the directing and cinematography.Honestly I was put off watching this for years thinking it would melo but it was a fun watch.

Interesting story - some characters got way more attention than needed
This was a cool modern love story with a great cast. The main and side characters were strong. My main disappointment was the amount of screen time they chose to give to the patriarchs who led with outdated and frankly harmful values, while missing the opportunity to give more screen time to the sisters, positive parents, and cool friend group. I would have loved to see more time with Eun-ho /the trio as well. The sisters' relationship was refreshing and I would love to see more of that. I also appreciated that that main characters had regular, middle class jobs.I've seen comparisons with Something in the Rain and I personally avoided this series because of that and ultimately found the stories to be completely different. I think this show is worth a watch but I did skip a lot of dialogue when it was the dads and the abusive exs.
The OST was cool! A little repetitive at times, which reminded me of Dawson's Creek. I enjoyed the mellow indie songs.
