I’m currently reading the novel and yes there are two He families and the FL and other miss He just happened to have the same name not face, she was just reborn into new body. But about the drama, it seems they didn’t use the rebirth plot so I think they probably just made do with the fact that they both( two He Yan) look similar to each other.
