I finally watched this. I was a big fan of "Dating in the kitchen" while it aired and saw sm praise for this movie…
wow me on the other hand, watched this first before DITK and got amazed by the creativity, the characters and the colorful cinematography.. less romance but i didn't mind
Recently I re watched some of TK's drama and up to this day this drama still the one that left lasting impression in my mind. The last letter that Ryo's wrote to Detective Kanzo brought me cry immensely, at first he wrote that he did not believe in God. His life is hard and by just believing God, his life won't change to better. He can only rely on himself and if he is good enough he can even be the God.

But then when he thought he had outsmart life or Gods escaping all the consequences of his crimes.. in the end he still the one in the losing end.. he came to an understanding it's all his retribution for all his wrongdoings. He asks for God to spare his love one from last heartache. (He finally believes in God though it's kind of sad and tragic)

I quite enjoy how the story begins but since i've read the novel I wonder how the ending will be

no spoiler here, but for me the novel's end is a bit unfair and anticlimax

Hope the drama can give a proper closure for the two leads but from the trailer i kinda doubt it
