I am happy I gave a go at this drama.It was definitely worth my time and worth the watch as well.Every episodes had me rolling and laughing on the floor and also made me cry like a baby at certain episodes.And the later episodes and the ending is a perfect score from me, made me cry alot and the ending made me happy, literally a perfect closure.I liked the perfect H.E with perfect closure. And also the rating of this drama deserve more than the current rating.But than again it's MDL the rating doesn't matter and it's a joke even the lowest rating drama can turn out to be the best drama and the Highest rating can turn out not to be good like vice versa. Hope people can go at it without listening or reading bad comments about the drama and give it a try and decide for yourself because me too I was reluctant at first to watch it but look where iam now..i am whipped 🐼will definitely be rewatching it.
TSOPG is not for people who are just looking for fun. So it's just a matter of taste.
No it's not just about fun at this point it's more to do with how the script was written and directed and the characters are so out of character with sloppy writing.It just doesn't make sense and to be honest instead of feeling sad in TSOPG...I go like uhmm really?Like they could've done better
As a lusi drama watcher and I hardly comment,I was so hyped to watch the story of pearl girl,thought it will be unique but the story is too choppy and too draggy that I had to drop it,some scenes just don't make sense and the set up of the story , character and acting does not come off as spectacular ,and that one girl (side character)over acting was so offputting as well.And don't say the usual predictable hurting,abusing,pushing than doing a 360° turn to protecting and no one can hurt her.And also taking 5 business day to cry and the desert scene was so laughable,The water scene was also made to look sad but as a slave girl diving to fetch the pearl and than taking her own time i mean atleast make it realistic acc to the character... Literally all the sad scenes dont look sad at all,it looks the character are just playing what they ought to do and not immersing at their character. I know lusi fans will come attacking me but please let me have my opinion on this drama as I have seen it,it doesn't mean I hate her.The drama could've been set up better,The story of pearl girl is so out of place.

scenes dont look sad at all,it looks the character are just playing what they ought to do and not immersing at their character.
