Is this drama almost identical to "when the Life gives you tangerine"?

I haven't watched this drama yet but from the reviews here it seems like a must-watch good drama as mostly ppl are praising it and tbh it's hard to even find a negative comment here.
At this point, I'm wondering — If it's that good, funny, interesting, engaging, then why does it have such low views.
In fact, "Boyfriend on demand" which isn't that great and seems overhyped just because of the A- list cast, getting so many views and becoming popular.

This drama has soft, cute, just touch romance or racy, sexy, adult romance?
