It would have been a wonderful drama if the female lead hadn't become so incredibly annoying from episode 13/14 onwards. She's been hopelessly in love with him since childhood, yet for several episodes she remains distant and constantly makes up lies instead of confessing her feelings. She doesn't develop at all from a teenager into an adult. A little cat-and-mouse game is fine, but this was simply too much, exhausting, and irritating. It ruined the whole drama. The screenwriter should have written fewer episodes if he couldn't use them more effectively. Despite this, Chen Zhe Yuan impressed me in this role.
