Yes EM! I forgot abt them. They were so popular during 1000 stars era.

JD during SIMM and safe house were popular. But now they just couldnt attracted the thai fans much with each of their new series after SIMM. I always felt their interactions with each other seem like a lil bit too much for ppl.

Their hype right now are just within their own fandom. Maybe their 2026 series will be diff.

I think they gained more international fans from safe house era. Thats where they accumulated the most of their international fanbase during that time. Cause that time GMMTV have not yet started debuting new couple like every other week. Lol.
So they were really popular around that time. They were the new IT couple along side PPW & FB.

But during Hidden Agenda thats where they started to lose abit of their Thai fandom or there was no increase in local fans. The series was not received well by the local fans. But international fans like it.

But by then, more new couples came up and their series become popular. Like JS, GF. And GMMTV started to debut more couples in the last couple of years and those couples started to gain more popularity be it international fans and local fans.

JD kind of were push aside. Like in LOL2024, when taking pictures with fans, JD were in the centre area with PPW and GF. But for LOL25 they kind of towards the end of the line.

Their new series (THK & DYTD) did not manage to increase their thai fandom. Saw quite a number of their fans wanted Day 3 when Day 1 was sold out. But by the time they saw Day 2 are not sold out the international fans mostly started to do crowdfund of some sort to buy tickets to give to fans that couldnt afford but wanted to go.

I think i only saw JG fancon that have fans bought some tixs to giveaway. All other couples that have fancon (PS, JM, WE, PPW, FB) all have their tixs sold out in a hour.

Lol. Hahaha..I meant that i saw tweets or comments from ppl that said those series are bad cause of writing/directors etc not the actors fault (They said "The actors have done their best with what they are given") (eventhought everyone can see the acting is not up to par).

But then when a series is good (writing/directors etc), they said "The actors are also the contributing factors that make the series a success."

Im not sure if you understand what i am saying..lol..cause im so drunk right now im also not sure what im saying.lolol

Thats what i get from them, that the other series are bad cause of writing/directors/plot.

Stiff/wooden acting/facial expression (very visible in Hidden Agenda) are not one of the reasons. Just others fault that overall series are bad. But when a series overall production is good, JD carried the story.

But what most ppl implied is that JD have been given bad script since the start of their career. They kept saying JD were great in THK (acting wise/improvement). Cause the writing, cinematography, ost were top notch.

But none said anything abt their other series. Does this mean Star in my mind and Hidden Agenda to them are also bad scripts? Im asking cause i want to know too. Cause i saw alot of this narrative of JD is being given bad scripts all the time.

So you meant ppl are saying Star in My Mind, Hidden Agenda and Dare You to Death are all crappy script only THK is good? Cause out of 4 scripts only 1 script that were given to JD is good cause that the one where Dunks acting is good.?

What do you mean? 'Says who they are actors' = they can pull off me and thee? Its that what you meant?

If that what you meant, then i hope their upcoming series abt CEO ( might be romantic comedy im not sure) will be like me and thee. Cause saw quite abit of comments on IG and X, that JDfans are expecting the popularity of the new series to be high as ppl (thai ppl) like romantic comedy more.

Hope the fancons tickets sells better than the final ep tickets so they can have have 3 days fancon.

It is not hate if people are questioning or giving opinion regarding their acting. Some might 'hate' for the sake of hating (ignore them). But others do give good constructive criticisms. But all JD fans take it as if ppl are just haters.

Joong acting kind of okay in most of his series. But Dunk.....
Before in Star in my mind , Hidden Agenda and The Heart Killer, Dunk has this tendency to 'bob' his head in scenes and he also has this awkward movement with his body like he doesnt know where to put his hands/arm. When he is talking in scenes it looks like he is remembering a script. It doesnt come naturally. It is distracting to viewers.

He kind of improved his acting abit in Heart Killer and Summer Night. But for this series with all the problems like directing, editing, sound etc it amplified the not so good acting.

And I dont think that they can pull off the character in me & thee.

My friend bought 4 tix (max per transaction) at 2pm today. Section B - 2 tix & Section C - 2 tix. There is no problem. She also bought Section B on the day it goes on sale (14/2).

She did say for Section A, she encountered the "normal" problem from Thaiticketmajor that it shows avail seats but when you click it is not avail. Section B & C works okay most of the time.

But that happen like any other ticket sale on Thaiticketmajor. I have encountered it when i purchased for MAT fan party & after party and also LOL/fancon tixs. That happened cause people have it on their cart but not yet checkout or people are purchasing it at the same time.

What does thai fans in fandom said the problem was? Is Thaiticketmajor server down?
