I’m a little surprised how tame things were this season 🫣

It kind of worked this season — Ha Eun and I Geon developed a great bromance 🤣😁

I don’t even try to analyze the trailer or pay attention to it anymore. That’s why I wasn’t disappointed in the bed scene 🤣🤣🤣

Subway is back to reclaim its spot as K-drama go-to food spot! Last year was dominated by Eggdrop — it was everywhere 🤣

I think he’s more a yellow/orange flag but it could be the edit. What’s strange is that he’s an actor but couldn’t act out a love confession scene. Go Eun pretty much told him what she wanted but we weren’t shown him talking about his feelings for her. But maybe he’s really nice in real life :)

In earlier discussions (before the finale), we talked about how Mina Sue may have decided to proclaim her feeling for Sung Hun because she knew other two guys weren’t interested in her anymore. So she might have tried to save face by going to option #3 and pretending she “rejected” the other two.

Watching the last Paradise was a bit painful. Everyone knew her mind was made up, so why take her there instead of letting her spend more quality time with the chosen guy 😳

More hilariously, he couldn’t even act out a love confession even though he’s an actor 🙄🤣

Ha Eun actually seemed really nice, so I was a bit sad she had her sights set on an impossible target 🎯

Ah, I see… I’ve always felt there was something a bit off about I Geon, so wasn’t shipping them hard. But not sure why he wouldn’t do what she clearly asked him to do.

I only disagree on I Geon — something always felt off about him for me (even without Ha Eun things). Don’t quite understand hosts’ fascination with him. But I’m a guy so don’t know mindset of Korean women 😳🤔

Mina Sue is definitely better in small doses! I do wish them the best, but have concerns about some things Mina Sue had said — not sure she fully understood her mistakes 🤔

You have to remember that we are watching an edited version and that many (most?) questions were probably suggested to cast by producers. But I can understand Go Eun — one of her suitors was extremely shy & uncommunicative; the other one exhibited red flag behavior and preferred to hang out with another girl.

What was wrong with the finale? Did a lot of people get upset at something? I actually guessed all pairs correctly.

Definitely better than S4! Having more people helps for sure. Although, I’d preferred if middle episodes were less focused on Mina Sue (was frustrating and made people grumpy).

Yes, I Geon is an orange flag at least. I really don’t understand why the hosts loved him so much (maybe it’s cultural?). He also didn’t have some sort of sizzling chemistry with Go Eun (despite what hosts thought). I Geon + Ha Eun seemed better and more natural, especially because Ha Eun would call him out on his behavior 😁

I agree with you. I also don’t understand why the hosts were so enamored with I Geon — he’s not that great and something felt off about him.

Honestly, I Geon should just continue his bromance with Ha Eun. Maybe that will lead to something. Ha Eun seemed like a person who could keep him in check 😁

I’m glad they didn’t immediately get together after she found out about the cheating situation. It demonstrates to the audience that you CAN wait for a relationship to start until things are resolved.

The drama was pretty faithful to the book then. But FL and DY probably aren’t starting a company in the drama — she’s quite happy as Sales Director & working to improve career options for promotions staff. And DY is making music and playing in a band.
