ML needs to send 2ML on a very, very, VERY long business trip!

2ML scenes just take up screen time because everyone knows FL will be with ML. So viewers want to see more FL+ML scenes not FL+2ML.

Yes! The 2ML here didn’t need to be a third wheel. There are a lot of things to explore here and annoying 2ML shouldn’t come into the picture.

If the writers wanted to make a drama about a mature couple, they should have looked at Love Scout and copied ideas from it.

The niece is great! ML’s mom also seems nice in her own way. And the comedic relief couple is also funny 😄

Have you watched Love Scout (early 2025)? It had mature leads and it was so, so good 😊. And no annoying third-wheel 2ML or 2FL

I’m honestly not even sure there will be a wedding in the last episode. Wouldn’t it make sense to have a baby being born in the last episode?

My bad, I double-checked and it was Bai Lu + Esther Yu that I was thinking about as being friends.
I don’t pay much attention to toxic parts of the fandom but those people need to get a life. It’s good to root for your favorite but let other people be 🙄

This should have solely focused on ML + FL and trying to make their relationship work despite power dynamics. I don’t understand why creators didn’t realize everyone would dislike 2ML.

There’s a slight hint of romance but nothing happened so far (16 episodes). This isn’t a romance drama — it’s a comedy/satire.

Someone told me that even on MDL people set up many accounts — not only to downvote/troll but also to earn flowers & boost their favorite actor/actress (more flowers = more popularity). Supposedly, that’s how Seven Tan got #2 (now - #3) on MDL ranking
