It’s possible those accounts are just people who love to stir up trouble for no reason, just to entertain themselves. Like the people who pretend to be fans of Person A who talk down Person B just to start a fight between fandoms.

I wish all contestants well and don’t want anyone to be ostracized, but Mina Sue would need to have a huge redemption arc in episodes 8-12 in order for her reputation to be restored. Maybe if she quickly picks a guy who isn’t connected to anyone else then we all could live happily ever after.

I’ve always been curious about that show. How would you compare it against, say, Seasons 1-3? I enjoyed 1-3 (except Gwan Hee) but season 4 focused too much on one person and season 5 is dangerously close to doing the same.

On an American show they’d definitely have footage of that. On a Korean footage maybe they stopped shooting while she was getting treatment and fainted? We may never know but — for sure — she didn’t faint while they were filming. Even a little video of her going to Production doesn’t show her fainting.

Ye Jin deserves better but, to be fair, every season there are 1-2 women who have both good looks AND good personality, but somehow do not end up paired up (regardless of age). Guys on the show can be dumb (and I’m saying this as a guy).

You expressed our feelings about Mina Sue very well. It’s not unusual on this show for a guy/girl to have multiple people being interested in them, but Mina Sue is going about it all wrong. And flat out saying things which are not true is not making her look any better to the viewers (it may only work on guys because they don’t know anything).
Some ladies commented here that Mina Sue appears to lack confidence and needs the ego boost/validation which is so surprising to see in someone who has won/placed highly in multiple beauty pageants.
For her sake, I hope she quickly selects someone after Paradise, so she might restore some of her reputation. Apparently, she’s getting a lot of hate on social media.
