same, I don't wanna watch thrillers as they are affecting me mentally lol, I've watched so many thrillers and it's not good for me, but romance gets boring after 8 episodes so I turned to historical ones cuz even when they have romance,they have other things going on which is great
yeo jin goo is one of the greatest actors I came across and not only in SK, I first watched Beyond evil and that is when I discovered him, it is the eyes for me, it is enough for you to look at his eyes and understand the feelings he is trying to portray. and he did it really really well in the crowned clown, there are many dramas where I watched actors play twins and sometimes it was confusing as to who is who (or maybe because they weren't well written in the 1st place) but omg?? it takes a look at his eyes and you know who is the king and who is the clown. the plot lacks in my openion but his performance was worth it
I watched it last year after my classmate recommended it, I know mamy people see haru's character as bland or flat but I really REALLY loved him, so much so that I am willing to watch it again and I rarely do this. that is where I discovered im si wan and I only watched "unlocked" after that but omg, I didn't have any expectations when it came to acting but dear lord, had I known such an amazing performance was waiting for me I would've watched earlier ,obviously everyone else did amazing but the mc? exceptional I love when actors are capable of expressing emotions through their eyes and especially ones that are really hard to explain even with words, he did that really well and I can't wait to see him in more thriller dramas. I watched in 2021's summer and that was the worst summer lol, why? I had a mild insomnia back then but when I watched that it became worse. I started having a feeling that something's on my bed next to me and and will wake up in the middle of the night feeling things and having these really unexplainable fears. even in the daylight, when I'm washing my face I would sense that psycho dentist staring at me and I'd turn around really quick , I was scared ALOT even tho I'm someone who enjoys thriller sm. I still rewatched it with my sister cuz I like to torture myself lol but I really liked it despite the hellish experience I went through. I actually feel like it was me experiencing some of what the mc had gone through, I really REALLY felt every bit of it and if anything it's defo due to the amazing acting and portrayal of that terror
