I would say, eat more. BUT eat more low calorie food. Then the calorie intake is the only thing that really affects your weight. If you are used to certain food sizes it is so hard to just eat less. And if you're prone to snacking it's hard to just stop that. So make the "good" food portions bigger and the "bad" food portions smaller and snack vegetables or low calorie fruits. Stay away from soda and juice. Make a good fruity tea (without sugar) if you want something other than water. Don't drink milk. And store vegetables snack-ready in the fridge. Drink enough water and wait at least 5 minutes, better 10 or more before you get a second portion to see if you are really still hungry. If you want to eat outside of meal times, drink a glass water first and wait ten minutes. Most of the time you won't need a snack anymore. Always choose walking instead of driving, if you can. Take the stairs, not the elevator. And don't get discouraged if you screw up. You will and that's normal. just keep going. Good luck 🤞🏻♥️
I don't get it. Did I miss something or why does Ruan not already know all the doors he's revisiting with Ling Jiu Shi? There are 12 doors, he already did 10. They share clues and tips with each other for the different realms... Did I miss something? Were there more than 12 in general but everyone has to do 12 specific ones? And how can it be that one gets to go through the doors from easy to expert and the next one has to start in the middle (door 5) for their first time?? Did I miss the explanation for that?
