Yes, I seriously can’t stand how they keep romanticizing this kind of behaviour. I had the same problem with Early Spring too. Just because the ML is attractive doesn’t mean we have to romanticize every toxic thing he does. There’s a difference between portraying a flawed character and expecting the audience to find his harassment romantic. We’re living in 2026, not every forced interaction needs to be disguised as passionate love.

You don’t have to bring up Overdo again and again. Just watch your drama and enjoy it. There’s no need to keep comparing other dramas to it. Both dramas have different stories, so let each one stand on its own. Not every drama needs to be compared to yours. 🙄

Even though the drama isn’t really my cup of tea, I was just scrolling through RedNote and came across the comments from C-netizens. Seriously, why are they bullying Xu Ruohan so much? 😭 The amount of hate she’s receiving is insane. Honestly, she’s one of the few people whose acting I actually find good in the entire drama, yet people are busy mocking her for having an “open mouth,” “wide teeth,” and saying she can’t act. Like, seriously, are some C-netizens always this unnecessarily harsh? Criticize her performance if you want, but attacking her physical appearance is just plain bullying. What is wrong with people? 😭
