most horrible cdrama
okay I wanted to rate a 0 but I couldn’t. fl is 15 ml has 3 concubines a dying wife and 2 kids. fl is sisters with the ml dying wife.treating this man like a baby that needs a 15 year old to care for him. the age gap is so so bad. just so degrading bro he has 3 concubines and 2 kids like WTF! this is so so bad who made this??? how is this popular? what kinda ml and he only wants her bc she can look after his kids….. wtf! it made me think all historical dramas where full of this pure crapppppppp!!! till I watched blossom and the prisoner of a beauty right after and oh boy do I recommend. if u see this review please do not watch this show. it’s so bad. the ml is so bad like so so bad.

If Germany made a light romance set in 1936 Berlin — with the male lead, say, a young SS officer and the story mostly ignoring what the Nazi regime was doing — it would feel very uncomfortable, maybe even offensive, because of the real atrocities tied to that time and group. and here Japan goes with this one. wtf.. it’s just feeding into the narrative of Japan saved asia and where peaceful and where victims espically when this is what is taught in textbooks. the fact even a Nazi tried saving China from Japanese and a show like This is out and thriving. even the name. “calm”. horrible.Was this review helpful to you?

the minus one mark is HEAVY. first our female lead is an idiot half of the time, she gets mad at the ml for not wanting her to hangout priavatley with her proffeser I'm sorry what business does a teacher have with a student? he was ACC doging her from a bullet. planing to tell her when she graduates............ NO. its also just fucking ridiculous how all the women in this show are absolute fools and even though the second male lead was killed I think it should have turned worse. because the girl got jail for killing him when its so pitiful. ANYHO ml needs to learn communication and the worst most IMPORTANT thing and I literally had to imagine it didn't happen to get through and slightly enjoy the drama was the ASSULT, isn't that rape if she has been drugged? and the audacity for him to ask for compensation and be an absolute arse so for my sanity I had to imagine they where both drugged. why does the show paint it as she wanted it or smth!! this trope makes me sick in cdramas. i reckon if a competent person made this it could be sm better. because the male lead is soo handsome. and I think he's very devoted and kind of reminds me of the male lead from well intended love but I acc think this ml has more potential as his the ULTIMATE loyal man. he doesn't question her at all I love it!! pray to GOD a smart director gives this plot a chance with a truly loyal rich handsome devoted ml who isn't tapped....Was this review helpful to you?

Bro she failed at revenge after he stole her innocence hence the name scarlet innocence and fucked her over sooo bad. Then went over to leave her addicted and then did smth so bad i wont wpoil but to like the best character in the whole show. He goes home continue his whoring abt and nothing nothing could teach him a lesson. The fl revenge was actually evil to the innocent character and then she becwmw the villian when the ml was evil no cause. She spent 8 years planing this and didnt think.... hmmm what if? Anyhow i believe the ml should be castrated and i couls rant abt how shit the plot is all day but the pairing is perfect... they look so good together. I think the male lead is a pervet. feet scene/checking her tatas in the first like 10min… but he was super fine when saying/doing. honestly not much going on in this show but his visuals are carrying. the fl is also very beautiful. I kinda don’t like how he like shouts he gives angry old man but he is one. and also this is way to common in jdramas the ml gets so many love letters. who is giving there teacher love letters? watch the ml crashout over a fish watch the fl gain truma and nightmares he's gonna stab her, the ml is like worse than hot and cold he is like not even hot or warm he's just deceitful. there's a special place in hell for this typa man. i wanna put him in a cell with satan and than give a therapist and long holiday for my fl. her acting is pretty bad so maybe some lessons to but focus on recouping and gaining some self love. also felt like it was tryna be edgy metor garden. i also think my weekly scraps from my parents had a bigger budget than this show. because the fits where the same.. the plot was not plotting. it felt so so of. if u likes this and want smth better though watch I love my president though he's phycoWas this review helpful to you?

As a person who has watched every modern drama out there and finally decided to give a true historical drama a chance after the pure fucker of the sword and the brocade,and dream back to the Qing dynasty, I thought historical dramas weren't for me. But this, oh this. Beautiful show called Blossom. It deserves my first review. It's so interesting, there's no stupid magic, stupid politics that overpowers the romance. WE HAVE A STRONGGGG FLLLL. We have a man who understands heck he can read her mind. Just wonderful. I hate the scheming step-mum trope so much but the way this show did it was wonderful. i failed to complete fall in love due to how the fl was being trampled on by the step mum and step sis. Here her sis is better her mum's awful but she is so strong and it doesn't overpower anything. i must say this show has no cheap drama its so good. the cinematics, everything. if u have been put of historical dramas due to the men collecting wives like Pokémons this drama is for u. perfect chemistry, perfect aesthetics oh and I'm talking perfect speed, the ending is so good aswell.NO BREAKUPS.Was this review helpful to you?
