Then i remember victoria saying good bargaining. He obviously said that so they can treat him as their own, he didn't actually mean he will paint his face black just as metaphorically, like if he was black they will treat him better. For example, I'm Chinese American and whenever i go to my mum's hometown when the seller hears my accent they will start raising the prices. He was obviously just joking. And to be clear, I’m not even his fan, so I’m not trying to defend him blindly. But i just don't understand why people take every petty thing Chinese celebraties do or say and make it into something it's exhausting. No wonder Chinese fans are so defensive and toxic. They’re constantly on edge because people nitpick every word.
