the first Chinese epic drama that I finished, really liked Neo especially the chemistry with Zhou Ye was really strong, from the beginning it was exciting because it seemed like the two of them relied on each other so they weren’t bound by strict family/royal rules, both of them were pitiful especially when their love was unrequited, but fortunately it was a happy ending even though we had to wait until Neo had gray hair
