It’s okay everyone has different preferences. I love Esther’s comedic timing and acting and most of her dramas are good for me. Haven’t seen anything with Anyu before but I’m excited to see this pairing! And Esther gets to try something different from her previous roles here so I think it wouldn’t be that much of a problem for you if you don’t like her in cute roles :) I’ve always wanted her to play more melodramatic roles like this🥹 she has played the sunshine character in most of her dramas.

I haven’t watched any of his dramas before but he looks okay here and fits the character I mostly want to see their chemistry and they look so hot together.

Mike said in an interview that speed and love will air this year in Q4 , also speed and love did on spot voice recording. It’s not an historical or xianxia drama which requires a lot of vfx and editing so it won’t take that long. Esther’s drama Moonlight also aired only after 4 or 3 months after fliming, even MJTY aired in 4 months after fliming. IQIYi already put ‘Speed and love’ in the coming soon drama notification so it will definitely air this year.
