I thoroughly enjoyed the latest episode. Ep 11 was always deemed the cursed episode so I was a bit worried, however, I knew they were going to surpass it together because of how strong their bond is. Qin's character definitely grew and Por's portrayal of the scene when confronting Qin's parents were phenomenal. All the actors and actress did amazing, so much so that I was crying along side Qin and Duang. I am also so glad that Duang didn't step in until Qin asked for him. It must've hurt to see Qin pushed into a corner but he was ready to rush in once Qin needed him.
I've seen a lot of people mad or complaining about the lack of NC scenes but to me and hopefully many more people, the beautiful story telling is enough. Heck, I am just happy to see them happy and it's a cherry on top if we get a few kisses here and there. Sure, it's hot to see them man handle each other, but is it needed? A lot of people are saying, "Teetee is 21, he should be fine filming nc scenes." Or "they're 21 and 23, not young." And "they're actors, they should've known what they signed up for." First of all, that's kind of disgusting to say. Just because they're actors and of age it doesnt mean that they need to have full blown soft core porn for everyone to gawk at. Were you comfortable at 21 to be filmed doing stuff like that? The fact that we even get as much as we got should be enough. Is everyone so thirsty and horny that they "need" to have nc scenes to make the story better? I am honestly disappointed that that is all I am seeing over social media right now. Instead of people praising the acting or the story telling they're out here complaining about seeing or not seeing two guys do it.
Don't even get me started with the novel readers. There's so many novel readers (not all but quite a handful) I've seen that would bash things that were either added or removed from the series. From someone who semi read the novel, I have sat here and enjoyed every second of this amazing series. Sure, there's scenes I wished they included into the series but that's why it's an adaptation. They've stuck with the novel for a majority of the show and things they've added made sense to me. Well that's my rant for this weekend. I hope everyone stays safe and if you've read my comment until the very end, I hope you agree with me that this series definitely deserves all the love and awards.
