The character Glaijai in the novel is really like that—he doesn’t talk much and shows very little expression because he always feels nervous around Lee. If you’ve read the novel, you’d know that’s exactly how his character is, and Tee has portrayed him very well. Tee only appeared a few times and didn’t have many scenes, so it feels early for you to call his acting worst
