Wei Rao and Jun Dai are locked in a vicious rivalry. What a fantastic trope—kudos to the screenwriter!
Wei Rao is truly inventive. Instead of retreating when faced with traps from every direction, she fights back until those traps no longer affect her. She’s not like other typical FL. The writer has done an excellent job developing her character.
And then there’s Jun Dai, who sets traps only to end up caught in them herself. Jun Dai is certainly cunning, but Wei Rao is even sharper and more devious.
They trade scheme for scheme, layer upon layer—it’s incredibly satisfying to watch.
