It's more like I saw 9+ wow!!!, had super high expectations, but turns out it's only a 8+ for me (compared to other shows). I generally watch anything that is 7.8 and above on MDL. I also don't rate dramas, except those very few that I will watch multiple times.

Just saying comparatively should be in range of 8ish instead of the opening 9ish.

8.2-8.6 for me, but not above 9. Great cinematography and entertainment value

Thought I was the only one. Watched up to ep 30+ in 3.5 days, then slowed to a stop at Ep 35. On hold for now. The high rating cannot be justified. I mean, higher than Love in the Clouds? No.....

1) RSB provided proof that Mdm Yang is Mdm Yang and has been in hiding for 10 years. (My own thoughts: The Yangs must have been in cahoots with the officials to claim that Mdm Yang is an imposter, so that they can deny their crimes.)
