if i remember right from the novel phoon is half japanese from his moms side and thats his japanese name

main character returns to her world but ends up running into all the characters real-life personas at a book signing, someone calls her name at the very end and its obviously mu sheng aka the author of all her favorite books (fu zhou) but we never actually see if it was him calling her name buts its kinda obvious anyway thats how it ends!

soobin's character doesn't get with anyone in the novel, i hope they keep it that way!
