That said, as I commented after watching episode 5, I still don't get what's so unforgivable about Han Ul's character.…
He didn’t have enough screen time for us to really feel for him. It felt like he was just a cameo in every episode, with an extended one in the last. I’m convinced people like him just because the character is rich and they find the actor good looking.
What' with this new trope where the FL can cheat on ML or with ML and it’s not portrayed as a problem but easily forgiven. Idk about others but I don’t feel empowered by such stories nor do I like this kind of angst
I dropped at 4th episode. It was not good but not bad till 4. I was thinking to continue after final but the 6,9…
It will get lower than a 6.9 .I think even bad dramas with big stars get decent ratings because of their craze among fans. If it can't maintain that, then take a guess at how bad it was.
Such a shame that two popular actors chose to star in this drama mostly because of the paycheck. I'm sure they're well off, but I guess no amount of money is enough. They should care more about their artistic talent imo, it's not like a 9-to-5 job.
I bet the writer thought they ate with the ending. I mean, I'm sure in their mind, they were creating something people wouldn’t forget like Moon Lovers because of the ending. But instead, people will remember it for its absurdity.
I've seen at least four people from here in that drama's comment section and if you were there too, that makes it five.
Like you said, you didn’t like a young actor playing an older character, but I bet you’d eat it up if an older actor played a character even remotely younger than him just like maybe you don’t find any problem here. Because I don’t think the drama will give them a 20-year age gap.
Somin looked the prettiest here. I wish the story could do justice to her acting and beauty. This writer really irritated the shit out of me. I hope her next drama is better.
The drama is going really well. I'm currently watching episode 5, but they could’ve cast a better-looking male actor for the role. Sometimes, I'm not feeling the romance because of him.
Now people are defending this age gap, but everyone complained about My Dearest Nemesis's age gap. The hypocrisy of our society. They would rather accept a 17-year age gap where the man is older but not a 6-year age gap where the woman is older
Two episodes in, and people are still debating the male lead’s casting. Repeating the same thing here won’t change anything. The shooting is already done.
