He has mind reader power but with limited range. So basically when Jin was around Phu all this time he also can read Cir's mind accidentally bcs Cir always around Phu to watch over him & protect him

They're 2 Cirrus in the book. Their soul was swapped after the car accident (helped Phu from his mom assistant's car), that's why Cirrus said "who are you" to Phugun in the hospital. But the real Cirrus comeback to his body after Phugun's confession & he doesn't remember anything after got hit by the car then woke up seeing Phu crying in front of him

Phu is dead is a wild imagination, but it's your theory cuz I never have that thought. The plot is confusing but not that hard to understand, there're so many connections for each events so far

Love sea is a story Mame wrote for FortPeat. The actual plan was TBNW released first but because BossNoeul's busy solo schedules she rushed to write a new stories for them, also processed the series making just a few months after. That's why Love sea's related is lil bit different than another Mame's novel universe
And if it's the lack of answers that makes you confused why would you want all the answers immediately, the journey…

There's a parallel world in the book "YES" they even have the special chapter of it (epilogue), if you the reader book but not found it re-read the book. But Mame changed & added some parts for the series so the plot must be little bit different than the book
This's my thoughts for now, the real cirrus (the one has a scars after the car incident) while in a coma suddenly his soul jumped to a parallel world and was able to see some past (such as how they met, started dating and so on like from the voices he heard while he was in the white room) and present moments (the scenes with brown color grading) of CirPhu's life there. That's why when he woke up, everything was like a dream to him but it seemed too real that it confused him. But idk after waking up whether he can still jump and see the parallel world or not, that's what we have to find out.
Did Cirrus lie to Phugun? "ITS DEPENDS" from where you look at it like I said before
Did Cirrus is a stalker? For me "NO" maybe our definition of it was different. In my opinion stalker is a bad term, so even he was following Phu all this time, he never takes advantage of it, never try to hurt him but instead he always there to protect him from afar even tho in the process he might saw something unwanted accidentally
But don't think too much guys, just enjoy the show & let's support BossNoeul and all the actors 💕

Sorry but the parallel world is exist in the book. Both cirrus accidentally swapped souls after the car accident (when Cirrus helped Phugun from his mom bodyguard car), the real Cirrus comeback to his body after phu's confession. There's also some epilogue special chapter for that world
