Not what I expected at all, I feel dissapointed tbh
I was initially thrilled to hear about a new vampire-themed BL show, especially since it's a genre that's long overdue for exploration. Unfortunately, the first episode failed to deliver on my expectations.
The storyline was predictable, and the introduction of the main characters felt forced and cringe-worthy. The way Gavin looked at Josh, the vampire, was particularly awkward. The music tried too hard to evoke emotions, and the visuals relied on tired vampire tropes.
While the lead actors are undeniably attractive, their good looks aren't enough to carry the show. As a fan of fantasy, I was disappointed that the story didn't grip me. I'm not eagerly anticipating the next episode, and I'm not invested in the story's outcome.
The show's attempt at suspense fell flat, and the representation felt predictable and clichéd. Overall, I'm underwhelmed by the show's potential and don't feel compelled to continue watching.
