1950s–1990s = Chinese Period
2000s–present = Chinese Modern / Contemporary

They are not the same, just 3 different time settings.

This drama is under youku, and you know how Youku tread their historical dramas badly, so you will never know when it will air and it still far (end of 2026, 2027 or 2028). Youku favorites to shelves dramas.

So don't expect high to much from Youku or about planned to air.

Cdrama can't be aired without passing the review and obtained a licens, this is already a mandatory for Chinese dramas and it depends on NRTA when they gonna passed this or issues a license.

Youku so many shelve dramas since 2024 and until now still not aired. So don't High expect about 3 - 4 months.

That will apply on Tencent and iQIYI, but on Youku you never know. Youku is the king of delaying dramas, always worst and treat some drama badly, so don’t expect too much.

Possible next year release, considering the postproduction and review process would take around 8 months or up to 1 year.

i read on weibo it's a greetings and farewell fan service about finish filming his drama.

Youku has no involvement about the post production of VoS GJM handle all the post production and everything.

But the one who involve about the editing process here is GJM at all, his take in charge for this drama.
