Passing the review and obtain a license will depends on NRTA.
cdrama can't be aired or announce the airing date without passing the review and obtain a license, this is already a strict rules and process in China many years ago and it's not even new.

Air date can't be announced without a license and platforms is always a announced air date prior to 1 week not always advance and this drama a Chinese Drama and not a kdrama that can air anytime or announce the aie date.

Please be inform that this drama is only license on tencent China and not license in their international version WeTV. both domestic and international distribution is needs a separate license.

This drama is under youku, and you know how Youku tread their historical dramas badly, so you will never know when it will air and it still far (end of 2026, 2027 or 2028). Youku favorites to shelves dramas.
So don't expect high to much from Youku or about planned to air.
