Yes, I think Heejo is a bioengineered creature or maybe he is Newman No.01 , who is living in the future, but unfortunately, his foster mother failed to find him, so the emotional relationship between mother and child was not well-defined. Heejo's job/duty is to encourage Anna's success as a mother, so that all bioengineered Newman can live with love and develop or evolve normally. All tasks to save the human population are carried out in space, so that the time dimension can be controlled.

I've been a fan of science fiction since I was a child and really appreciate films with advanced technology during the Star Trek, Star Wars, Back to the Future, and The X-Files era... even today I'm still watching Stranger Things... which will finish on January 1st, but I would never insult the latest science fiction works like "The Great Flood". This is an extraordinary imagination and is indeed developing at this time. I just smile when I read the ridicule of people who don't appreciate works like The Great Flood. Are they capable of imagining and producing such works? I'm not sure.
But the show reduce them to “love rivals” rather than an individual characters who have goals < the drama…
at the beginning of the story YR could not do make-up and style her hair, and she was a competent woman with sewing certificate, but suddenly YR became a hair stylist with a misleading storyline in the second part because she had to be JH's hairstylist at the salon...the storyline became very strange
the story was ending as fake happiness, YR is indebted to Jonghee for her entire life, because she received scholarship money from JH when she won the miss korea competition for her education ambition, and YR was never honest to JP and all of her family about her past actions which became greed without realizing it by stealing 7 years of JH's time when she was forced by YR to leave and never be seen....

We need to be objective and not overly admire the story, narrative and characters, and this is not only about Joeng Hui's character. Kim Dami is one of my favorite artist, and it is very unfortunate with the script and the choice of female characters who are hypocritical to herself, to her best friend and to her first love.... until the end of the story she did not tell JP why JH disappeared for 7 years
We are the same though. A tragic ending is most dramatic and exciting to accept....YR gets killed and finally JH and JP will be friends forever remembering YR. Or the best thing is that JP gets killed backstage while fighting with the former conductor boss, so that YR and JP are happy with the man who loves and supports them all this time.........

Ini aksi yang membagongkan, JP lari-lari apa karena masih cinta dan mau nyelamatkan JH? dan tiba-tiba dengan pakaian gaun panjang dan sepatu tingginya si YR bisa beraksi cepat utk nutupin JH, wekekekkkk....

Should there be a season 2? For me, depends why Yoina need the point of view of another murderer, so it would be more challenging if there were other puzzles...like at the end of episode 11. And more exciting if Disney+ produce next series with another serial killer emerging from the "main culprit" point of view... and then another dark side that was the main culprit accomplices in the Nine Puzzles, made a surprise appearance
