I watched it when it premiered, one by one the episodes were uploaded daily so I didn't feel the drama was slow. When does I pick it up? I don't really remember but I think it was in episode 12 when a new perspective was shown and a twist was revealed.

And the next episode the ML and FL's positions were switched where he was the one chasing her. Then there was another twist that made my perspective on each character change again.

But if you're bored and don't like it from the start, it is okay to just stop there, no need to force it.

For me yes it is good, It's quite long and I liked a lot of the characters in it.
FYI i can see a big different between the novel and the drama, however the drama trailer still caught my interest.

As far as I know.. yeah it's usually like that. Often, one of them is absent due to a busy schedule but they will definitely return in the next season if they're not too busy.
