I think Chen Feiyu did an amazing job in his role, but, him smiling was annoying lol. kinda took away the coolness effect of him being a general. haven’t seen all of the episodes will watch episode 36 binge watch the whole series later. I think she looked bored because that was Simu character. she was a 400 year old spirit and doesn’t have any senses, so I think that is an accurate portrayal.

She was good in her role as FL. she was very supporting to Lin Yi’s character. Just watch it, I won’t spoil it lol.

I saw that one. it’s called Angel Falls Sometimes. It’s sad you’ll need a box of tissues for it, I’m watching it for a second time.

The only time FL character was bold was when she stood up to her mom. All of the time she was timid, she didn’t even help her auntie when she was harassed by that guy whom her mom set up for her sister. The only one who did anything to help was her younger cousin, Xing, when he placed his hand on that man’s face.

It is. I just hope the drama will be semi faithful to the novel, granted minor changes will be made for drama to be aired.

Lin Yi will be in a soul swap, time travel, fantasy called A Chan. That role will be different for him. Granted his character is a cold CEO, but gets to soul swap with female lead. I read the novel, I wonder how it will be adapted live. Regardless, cannot wait for both drama with Lin Yi.

finally completed the drama and rated it 7. didn’t like the FL being shy and weak. ML was great though for a light drama without conflict it was decent.
