I agree! Hopefully they’ll have a season 2 with the same cast. Love the interaction of everyone especially Lin Yi, Wang Yuwen, Li Naiwen and Chen Xingxu. Xingxu and Lin Yi’s were the best especially when they had that Rock, Paper, Scissor game you can tell that they are bestie’s. 😃

it was originally going to be on Youku, but production team did not want to cut episodes from 30 to 24 episodes which was Youku’s requirement. so the production team was negotiating a deal between Iqiyi and mango tv. Deal with Mango tv failed because they couldn’t afford the cost, and decided to go with Iqiyi since they can afford the cost and wouldn’t cut any episode down. So, yes, Youku wanted When I Meet The Moon to be streamed with them, with episodes going to 24 instead of 30.

I agree with you about SWL being a wooden actor. He acts the same way in Youthful Glory which I dropped after watching two episodes of it. After completing The Seven Relic Of Ill Omen, he cannot act. what worries me is that he’ll act the same way in his two upcoming drama’s one is a costume drama titled the elegant fragrance and a modern drama with Zhao Jinmai. The only thing good about him is that he is handsome which I agree with you.

there is a relationship between the leads, just no kissing due to FL requirements of no kissing. So you can say they are boyfriend and girlfriend.
