Rome in Me and Thee is a mischievous puppy who flirts with his brother's secretary, but he also has this concern about the relationship being forbidden. However, in Peach in Me, their relationship isn't clearly defined as boss and employee, and in MAT he gains a more serious depth storyline bcs he has to become the new leader of the mafia, but he's still a puppy with his partner and the youngest member of the family. I don't understand how these two characters are "usually the same".

I would agree with you if it were any other series, but in You Maniac (?) the way the character is like that it's totally intentional, it doesn't make sense to criticize that part in this series and with that character if his intention is to seem like a flirtatious playboy to appear interesting to people.
