Slow and Repetitive
This K-drama was extremely slow and boring. Throughout the entire time, I kept thinking I wouldn’t be able to finish it and would just give up watching. So many scenes could have been removed because they were repeated over and over, and there were also unnecessary parts that added nothing to the story.Until episode 10, almost nothing happens. Around episode 11 (if I remember correctly), something interesting finally takes place, but it gets resolved immediately. I thought this would lead to more engaging developments along the same lines, but that didn’t happen.
The plot had potential, but it was poorly structured. I also didn’t like the ending—there was a sudden twist in the last episode, and I expected the main family to have a satisfying conclusion, but it didn’t turn out that way.
One aspect I did enjoy was Choi Won-young’s performance. His acting and character were definitely a highlight.
