I rarely leave reviews but wow I just loved this. This had everything for me, Incredible casting, lovable characters, genuinely badass superheroes, epic fight scenes, swoonworthy leads, and just an overall great vibe. I audibly laughed throughout the entire thing while simultaneously gripping my seat, kicking my feet and shedding a tear. Also just a great premise, we’ve seen superheroes before but Just WOW The Wonderfools really stands out against the backdrop of repetive netflix kdramas right now. I don’t want to overhype it too much just give it a try if your questioning it. xtra bonus.. Park Eun-bin and Cha Eun-woo 😍Dear god PLEASE give us a season 2!!! Kitschy and one of a kind..
I think a lot of the negative reviews come from comparing Ji Chang Wook’s more notable roles. Maybe I’m biased since this was originally one of my first kdramas ever and my first JCW drama but BSR is complete fun!Kickass female lead who never loses a fight.
Playful romance w JCW and a hilarious supporting cast.
Worst part abt it is the “reggae” friend, def wish they skipped the problematic microaggressions.
