I don't understand why they would bash the actor, the Director was only following what was written in the book. The fact that it got worldwide attention is already a feat that their country should praise them for and not bash them about. The story was well written, the cast and crew did their job. Why bring down your own countries work? When other country are praising them for a good drama.

I love the story, it was fun, and I love the castings, didn't noticed the age difference. He being older than his classmates as a transferee made it logical. It's a fresh take seeing him in a High School uniform. Love his role here. Would definitely watch his other dramas.
