For your first point I definitely don't think they could wish for it to stop. Because the first guy made a wish and didn't know he was going to die, then the other two made it as a joke. If the MC made a wish for all of it to stop then the boy would still die and that isn't what she wanted. So all the main people wishes are gone(you can only make one wish it seems). And they can't really go up to a person and say "Hey can you download this app and make a wish for a killing game to stop, but in the end you're lowkey gonna have to die for the greater good?" I fear no one would of agreed and deemed them as nuts. And the only persons who would, would probably be the shamans but they got other soultions.🤷🏾‍♀️
