Omggg ep 7 did someone say most unexpected k drama plot twist of 2025 my jaw was on the floor

Truly had no idea what that was about maybe she didn't want it to be traced back to her somehow or she wanted nothing to do with the drugs including the profits

Yup agree with everything they are more just like partners in crime literally and he seems to warm up to her more in a family way since his family abandoned him

I use to feel in the earlier episodes he was looking at her daughter like that because he was unhappy at eun su for involving him in her mess so maybe he would harm her daughter

Tbh when I saw her do all that I was wondering too but then I'd see the husband and he never seemed too happy to see her or even excited

I was suspicious from the beginning when she visited and he was saying her visit brightened his mood or something and then it pans to eun sus confused expression as she's putting away his food in the fridge so I thought the writers were trying to suggest something I will say when she was feeding him apples and she said sorry it's a habit that could have been a red flag like she used to do it in the past however at the time when I was watching it I thought she meant a habit of feeding apples to someone else when she cuts them even though that doesn't make much sense I guess I just have a hard time imagining them together I think one problem is also their facial expressions don't change too much so their actions and how they feel don't seem to match to me I think thats really a problem with the overall show that they put a lot of effort into the main storyline and acted it out very well but the side story's I don't feel like they put that much effort into it in terms of acting and dialogue and I can't really empathise with characters when they don't really speak so I can't fully get to know the husband and friend so wether they cheat or not I don't think it will have a big impact on me because they don't have a lot of screen time

Yh I agree that's her best bet for her and her family to stay safe
He might die trying to save her I can't wait to find out how things play out

Yes she definitely was desperate, yh like a reward that sometimes happens in real life if you help find a suspect not sure about drugs tho, yes it would have been better to find money keep enough and then turn it into the police because they wouldn't know how much was there

I think I remember now the live bro was on the autopsy table and an officer is looking at him then towards the end of the episode the knocked out bro is also seen on autopsy table so I think it means they both died

Ah I wasn't the only one that saw it, I thought she was saving up that much money to pay for the hospital bills I completely forgot about the house everything was so chaotic

maybe they did give up foreclosing she will lose everything if you think about her husband will die she will be homeless with her daughter, phantom and James might start hunting her down but she's just smiling as she's burning the money and drugs that's why I don't she will go through with it especially when she gets that message I dont have any reason but I know k dramas and where they ended the episode it's supposed to be suspenseful and makes us think she burnt it but in next episode could show us that she is putting out the flames otherwise if it's not the case I think things will get extremely messy for her from now on

I think if they lose the house at least shr can maybe stay with her friend and send her daughter to her uncles house again

Oh I misunderstood you I thought you meant how will she afford the fancy apartment not the mortgage on her current house no I don't think she did they never showed that as far as im concerned she still has to pay the mortgage the hospital bills her daughter's tuition and now she has no money unless there's something they didn't show us but did you notice that the red stickers on all their furniture disappeared in the later episodes

Oh so did they both end up dying I didn't catch that I was hoping the siblings could join hands with James and eun su and leave drug dealing and join the company

I feel like it took her too long to come this conclusion but what will happen now she has no drugs no money won't James and phantom be angry at her and come after her how could she so easily get rid of everything

I think she just wants to go back to her old life and she will take things as they come she is accepting she doesn't need the money and the fancy apartment that she already has everything

My jaw dropped I had to rewind but I don't understand because to me it still seems like he hit them at least once by the phone box just not the second time, also shocked to see that the older brother delivery man died when the younger brother was hit with a car twice but he's in a coma I don't understand that, I think the logistics of the ending was a bit rushed, at first I thought James was lying to eun su or he felt guilty since he had some trauma with murder from the past so his mind convinced him he wasn't the one that did it I'm not sure but I don't see any other cars on the road I'll also be interested to know who killed them

Do you think so I feel like he seems extremely unwell and has been for a year it's hard to imagine where he would find time or energy to be shady but who knows I'm starting to feel like he's just a plot device so they can give us a good reason that the mum needs to be a drug dealer because he barely has any screen time

I really like it interesting storyline but what's up with the police they don't really have that many lines especially the sergeant a lot of scenes where he is just quite doesn't reply and then the scene ends and his partner also doesn't say a lot and has a blank expression on his face I feel like they were seriously mis cast normally a police task force is like a small family always communicating with eachother looking for clues and working together to catch the bad guys but we don't even get introduced to everyone on the team also it really bothered me when they were chasing the guy in the beginning who stole the drugs that they didn't say anything immediately when he all of a sudden didn't have the big bag of drugs anymore and they didn't think to check eun sus house again idk I feel like on top of being bad actors they are not really exhausting all their efforts to find the drugs I mean come on even Jameses wall of suspects is much bigger than theirs that I even thought he could be a cop for a second. It's like the cops looking for the drugs and eun su selling the drugs are happening in two different timelines or dramas like the cops looking for the drugs is just a sub plot idk maybe im being too harsh on the police but I think the show would flow a bit better and be more suspenseful if the audience feels that the police are on their tail and about to catch them like I thought for sure they would start tailing eun su and see James and her getting out of the taxi

For me it's less the type of music but the fact that I started to feel like why is there so much of it like inserted into any scenes where there is no talking like they are using music just to fill empty space

Really am I the only one who doesn't see any romantic vibes at all they don't really like each other as people until this last episode
