what a waste

This started off pretty cute and, while there were some issues, it wasn’t enough to disregard it. I watched the first 17 episodes in a timely manner. There were some aww, that’s cute moments and I laughed so hard a few times. I overlooked the questionable secondary couple with an age gap that wouldn’t matter in 5 years but should be a bigger deal instead of a nonexistent one. But then there was an unethical psychologist followed by the terrible family members interfering and I was over it. It took almost 2 weeks to actually restart the drama. Like there’s only a few episodes left just power through them. But then whomever was in power decided to add drama and frustration to the last few episodes. When the inevitable, and pointless, twist occurs I wished horrible things on almost everyone but the male lead and his bestie. I’m contemplating a DNF so I can imagine him finding true love and the rest rotting in lonely miserable existence. I honestly would hate it if those horrible people got a happy ending.
Well I should have just not watched it because, of course, it got worse. She’s even more awful. You would think I’d have some sympathy for a girl who lost her mom but nope. Duck her. And duck the psychiatrist and family members too!
Moments like this make we wonder about all the scripts that aren’t made and all the actors would haven’t made it because someone read this and was like yes! Let’s spend our money on that. And some of the acting… maybe the terrible story/script stopped better actors from joining?
