K-Drama I Enjoyed It More Than Expected but I Skipped the Other Couple’s Story
To summarize it: I enjoyed the show much more than I anticipated. I liked the story between the two characters in charge of Team 1 and Team 2. It was unsurprising once I figured out the trope they were going to have. I love the trope where one of them helps the other to court someone only for them to fall for eachother. Their dynamic of that sort of playful teasing and sincerity is also a dynamic I often enjoy.
I almost COMPLETELY skipped the other couple’s plotline though. I didn’t like the step-brother’s actions or his attitude at the start of the show. Then after THAT scene at the end of his birthday I just skipped any and all scenes about their subplot. Seriously, I have no idea what they went through.
So, ignoring the horrible plotline about the step-brother’s, I’d consider the show an 8/10. Which to me means I enjoyed the show enough to say I “That was a great show. I really enjoyed it.” Keep in mind, it had tropes I personally usually enjoy :)
