They can totally survive in Modern human world nah???... They can only seal the demon youyue but can't kill, then there are chances he may break through the barrier some day or some villian for his own selfish reasons may open the barrier and seal and may revive the demon ... Then the catastrophe may happen in the world... So the blood of the sima clan in the modern world which continues through the sima jiao and zou Yan and after centuries gives birth to sima jiao but he doesn't have memories of past lives and encounters an accident where he loses his life and same goes for liao tingyan in modern world but born in liao family unlike zou family and encounters an accident that takes her life in modern world and both unbeknownst to each other completely be reborn as sima clan members with different names and liao tingyan in liao family respectably and by then few thousand years may have happened since their past lives in this realm and they meet survive and develop together and slowly they regain their past memories and are inexplicably dragged into villains plot and finally defeat you yue and meets their close friends in this rebirth and they together with the help of friends brings the peace ful realm and because of some unfortunate events the heavens do not persecute sima clan and since both originally belongs to this realm they survive here for years to come and live happily with children... It is actually very good ... I watched till the middle of ep 9. And up till that it was good and chemistry between two leads is good and not overly exaggerated and you can totally watch it and you may even find lead actress sometimes funny and lovely with her cute expressions ... It's actually worth binge watching it but not all episodes are released so you can only watch it slowly if you start now
