IN MY OPINION, if the water prince does exist (the one who made the FL turned into human) and they expected to be 2nd ML. Why there is no rumour for this 2nd ML. My guesses:
1. CZY would possible act in both (dragon and water prince), as FL will act as a lover of water prince that is why he created FL into human to remind him of his previous love. Fair as previous lover and current lover act by the same actor and actress.
2. Maybe the 2nd ML is someone gramarie brought in. That is why the melon stay still at gramarie. My guess: Qin Tianyu?

Me too!! Even though I was a bit sad the melon with CDL went to another actor due to their current drama chemistry. But it is ok, if it is not meant to be then it is not. Pretty sure, there are better melon for Zheyuan in the future with good co-star/s such as Xin Zhi Lei hahahaha.
