if they agreed with the person they followed on being anti-lgbtq then they would not be acting in roles where they play gay and have to kiss other men. they won’t make that choice for any amount of money

i have just made a comment about this above. if you judge someone you are worse than the person they follow. A real fan would never do that to the person they love. go ahead and do what you want but just remember if that actor stops acting in bl series and you liked them then you will be part of the reason someone chose to stop acting or lose their job

why would that be your problem though. it doesn’t affect you directly and you do not onow why they follow someone on social media. the fans are really quick to make up reasons why they follow someone on social media. and then the rumours gets spread and you hurt the actor in the long run. because think of ot if millions and millions of fans go to socials and spread false rumours it will look bad for the company they work for and that actor loses thwir job. assumptions are very easy to make but an assumption is the worst form of stating something as true whereas the truth is far from that assumption. really why can people not use the brains they were given in this life. it is difficult to believe that people call themselves fans but they are willing to be toxic waste and make up rumours to ruin another persons career or life.
it is awesome how they have bonded, there is however a huge problem with the BL community I think. We are all guilty of this at one point or another in our lives. We fall in love with a show and we become infatuated with the couples. I agree it would be nice if they were all real couples but reality has to sink in eventually. They are actors, they get paid to do these jobs, there is a lot of actors who play gay roles. Now BL especially the Asian BL genre is amazing as they tend to couple actors and these actors make more than one series together. I love that about it. But then the fandom gets their panties in a twist and go online to make up or say bad things because the actors do not conform to what they want them to be. There is a few things the fandom should realise before it is too late and this is for all the series and all the actors:
1. They are actors 2. The get paid for this job 3. They do the live shows to promote their shows 4. They can follow whoever they want on social media without being judged for it 5. Do not force a actor into something they don’t want to do or is ready to do or admit to 6. Support them in every thing they do regardless of their views, sexuality and whatever more they get judged on. 7. If the actor is straight let them be, its their life not yours. it won’t make your life better or a difference in your life if they are gay or straight. 8. Don’t believe everything you read online, the internet and social media is toxic amd if you believe everything you read you are gullible 9. The actors will tell everyone at the same time of any life changes or information about them. Being straight might be something they have to hide due to the fact of the fanbase and their contracts as they are obligated to do everything the companies say or atleast most of it. 10. Lastly, just let them be. They are here to give you good entertainment. There are reasons some of these actors quit because they get forced to admit to something they are not by the fandom.
