yeah this reminds me of the drama "the one and only" its about 3 terminally ill women deciding to kill a piece of shit man that is abusing his wife and daughter. in the end is turns out that they didnt give him the death blow, so the technically didnt kill him. it was the abused wife who confesses and then serves time. i felt really cowardly that the didnt let our leading ladies be the one to actually kill him, and then on top of that had the actual culprit (who was absolutely justified in killing him) not get away with it, when she 100% couldve.

at the beginning of ep 2 they explain that this is their 3rd week as residents, and that this is the time were a lot of residents quit. so each of the doctors tries in their way to keep the residents from quitting: dr cha takes over all of jae ils work so that he wont feel stressed, the other doctor tries to keep them fed, and dr koo reminds i yeong that she needs the money.
