You def should! Tbrh, it doesn't sound like anything crazy and I feel like the trope's been done before. However, I'm hoping it's executed well, storyline-wise bc I'm not that worried about their acting especially Neo Hou, he seems pretty talented from what I've seen. I hope lyx also gets more versatile and deeper roles in the future too.

Although it might sound harsh but I like to think of Serendipity as her stepping stone or failed costume drama (as a lead) that leads to her successor, Love in the Clouds. If that makes sense lol and I really hope I'm not jinxing myself. If LITC turns out to be meh like Serendipity, it's not my fault! 😅 🫣😆 However, based on trailers and teasers, LITC is looking at a brighter future than it did for Serendipity, imo. I mean, coming in, I wasn't expecting much from Serendipity so I'm really not that surprised that it's not giving.
